Where in the World (411)

Answer to edition 410

There are some similarities with the Reichstag in Berlin, the glass dome being the most obvious. However, the architectural style and the flag flying above the building are clues it is not the German Chancellory. The biggest clue is the flag of The Republic of Georgia. The building is the Presidential Palace and therefore the city is Tblisi.

This week's "Where in the World..."

This week’s distorted image is more challenging than of late. It is a city that has never been featured in “Where in the World…”. That fact alone may well help regular readers to identify the city as there have been over 400 editions of the quiz. Good luck.
