Answer to edition 409
The eagle-eyed will have spotted a submarine in the centre of the distorted image from last week’s “Where in the World…”. On the conning tower is emblazoned U-434. A search on Google reveals that it was not a German U-boat but rather a Russian submarine. The city where it is berthed, however, is not a Russian city but a German one. The submarine was purchased from Russia when it was decommissioned and towed to the city that was to be its home as a submarine museum. You will find it in the city of Hamburg.

As promised here is the list of winners for Where in the World (408): Jackie (@jackiesjourneys) and Tim (@timofnewbury)
This week's "Where in the World..."
Take care with this week’s distorted image. The building may look similar to a more famous building. There is at least one clue as to its location. Good luck.
