Where in the World (313)

Usually photographed side-on this iconic building is recognisable around the world in much the same way as the Statue of Liberty, Christ the Redeemer and the Eiffel Tower all identify their cities. Although photographed from a less iconic viewpoint it is easy to identify the unusually shaped building on the left as that famous opera house in Sydney.

Sydney and its Opera House

Congratulations to Bev (@BevSackville), someone at #travchat (@travchats), Lisa (@lisahfitz), Todd (@toddunctious), Joshua (@joshuakhan2), Atul (@pixodentist), Davide (@travelling_dave), Tim (@timofnewbury),  and Jackie (@JackiesJourneys) who all identified Sydney as the city.

The winner of the Travel Cable Organiser Case from Where in the World (312) is someone at #travchat (no name given on Twitter profile). Congratulations, we will be in touch.

The distorted image for this week is another well-known city usually featured from another viewpoint. However, there are enough clues to help identify the city for those who don’t recognise it immediately. Good luck.
