Where in the World (264)

The distorted photograph last week was not one of the usual views of the city that appears in tourist brochures, guidebooks and on postcards. However the eagle-eyed were able to identify either or both of the triumphal arch or the Colessium. Both are iconic to the city of Rome.

Rome

Congratulations to Olivia (@oliviagreenway), Tim (@timofnewbury), Jackie (@JackiesJourneys), Beverley (@bevsackville), Davide (@travelling_dave), Todd (@toddunctious), Atul (@pixodentist) and Simon (@similtiades) who all spotted that the city was Rome.

This week the distorted photograph is of a less well known city than Rome or London. Nevertheless it is one of the iconic views of the city to be identified. This one may involve a little research on Google (yes, you are allowed to do that).
