The building in Where in the World (252) is not pictured in its entirety. However, the twisted photograph shows the important part and it is possible to identify the building from the part of it that is shown. It is the Parliament building on the banks of the Danube in Budapest.
This week the distorted picture is of another building or rather several buildings. There are a number of clues other than the style of the buildings.
