Where in the World (247)

The flags flying from the rather grand building in the distorted photograph would suggest that the city is somewhere in the Nordic countries. As the most prominent flag is the Swedish flag it is likely to be in Sweden. Göteburg and Malmø were both suggestions that came up but the correct answer is Sweden’s capital, Stockholm.

Stockholm, Sweden

Congratulations this week to Atul (@pixodentist), Beverley (@BevSackville), Anita (@Anita_Rav), Jackie (@JackiesJourneys), Davide (@travelling_dave), Drew (@drewbrew83), Jane (@jgaboury) and Tim (@timofnewbury).

This week the distorted photograph is a view of a prominent building in the city to be identified but from a viewpoint different from the usual one seen on brochures, postcards and guidebooks. I identify the building and the rest should be easy.
