Where in the World (166)
It would seem that last week’s distorted city proved to be too challenging.
As I mentioned there is a small clue in photograph. Look carefully and you will see the small neon sign BMW Welt (if looking on a mobile device it might not be readable though). That should give you the country and if you happen to know it the city. A little research on Google would reveal that BMW Welt is in Munich.
Several readers made wild or educated guesses which included Toronto and the Reichstag in Berlin. I had thought that some might have guessed Valencia or Abu Dhabi but those places were absent from the list. In fact there were no correct answers this week. My thanks to those who had a stab at it and took part. They can’t all be easy; what’s the fun in that?
This week the twisted photograph is a quite distinctive structure found in the city to identify. Hopefully that will make it less of a challenge than Where in the World (165). Remember it is a city so the Pont du Gard in France will not be the correct answer as it is not a city.
