Where in the World (123)

In last week’s distorted photograph it was easy enough to identify that there was a bridge in the photograph. Several people identified it as the Ponte Luís I which has a very distinctive profile. Once the bridge was identified as the Ponte Luís I which spans the Duoro River it was easy to identify the city as Porto (or Oporto).

Congratulations to Jackie (@JackiesJourneys), Tim (@timofnewbury) and Davide (@travelling_dave) who all correctly identified the city as Porto. In addition they all identified the bridge correctly.

This week’s twisted photograph is of an iconic structure that says, “This is…” for the city to be identified as much as the Statue of Liberty says, “This is New York”.
