Where in the World (66)

Last week distorted city photograph gave little clue other than the statue on a column and the style of the houses.  Despite this it was identified quite quickly as Stockholm. The undistorted view is published below.

Four people correctly identified the city as the Swedish capital, Stockholm. Congratulations to Atul (@pixodentist), Jon (@SparksJon), Tim (@timofnewbury) and Richard (@RField75) for working it out correctly. Congratulations too to everyone who took part.

This week is a little more challenging. The distorted photo is of a cityscape, but one which is very typical of the city to be identified.

If we mutually follow each other on Twitter then you could send me a direct message with your answer, not forgetting the hashtag #WITW66. You can also leave your answer under the post referring to this on the Travel Unpacked Facebook page (please like the page while you are there). Good luck.

Congratulations Nick, it was indeed Sana’a though there were some who went for Nazareth.
