Where in the World (55)

Last week’s city was easier to identify helped no doubt by the iconic structure of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel with it’s Sky Park and rooftop swimming pool linking the three towers. Furthermore the Formula 1 Grand Prix featured several aerial views of the city and the hotel. The city was Singapore which has made an appearance in this quiz once before featuring the Singapore Flyer, the city’s answer to the London Eye.

There were three correct answers this week. Those who correctly identified the city as Singapore were Tim (@timofnewbury), Atul (@pixodentist) and Michael (@localizedmovie). Congratulations to all of you and thank to everyone who took part.

This weeks “planet” is the view most often seen in guides and postcards as it includes the city’s iconic landmark as well as the cityscape of which it is part.
