Where in the World (29)

Last week’s “planet” had an iconic and identifiable building towering above all the rest. The building, at 829.8m the tallest man made structure in the world, is the Burj Khalifa. The city is Dubai.

There were three people who correctly identified the city as Dubai. Congratulations to Tim (@timofnewbury) and Richard (@RField75) both regular visitors to these quiz pages and to Atul (@pixodentist).

This week’s “planet” is published below. It is less well known but there are a few clues hidden away that will help narrow down the area of the world where it is found. Can you identify which city it is?

You can leave your answer below in the comments or on my Twitter feed (@lethers) with the hashtag #WITW29. From this week you can also visit the Travel Unpacked Facebook page and leave your answer in the comments under the appropriate  “Where in the World…” post there. Good Luck
