The most recognisable feature on the building is the glass dome. Part of the redesign of the building by the British architect Sir Norman Foster it can be accessed by the public who get a stunning view over the city. The German flag provides a good clue as to the likely country the city is in but it is the dome that identifies the building as the German Reichstag, the seat of the Federal Parliament. The Reichstag is found in the city of Berlin.
Congratulations to Jackie (@JackiesJourneys), Tim (@timofnewbury), Davide (@travelling_dave), Todd (@toddunctious), Simon (@similtiades), Bev (@bevsackville), Leslie (@leslieknott1) and Suzanne (@CurlyAdventurer) who all identified the city correctly as Berlin.
Another flag flying in another city will help you narrow down the search. Like last week there is a featured building; identify it and you will identify the city.
