Where in the World (263)

The buildings in the distorted city were difficult to place it seems. This is where the statue may have provided an additional clue. The buildings are actually a castle but there are numerous cities with a castle on a hill overlooking them particularly in Europe. This one, however, is in the UK and overlooks the city of Edinburgh.

Edinburgh

Just two readers correctly identified the city. Congratulations Jackie (@JackiesJourneys) and Tim (@timofnewbury). Hopefully, there will be more correct answers next week.

This week’s distorted photograph features a number iconic building and a couple of other clues as to its general location. Together the clues will pinpoint the identity of the city.
