Where in the World (257)

Although not obvious there were several iconic buildings visible in last week’s distorted image. The most obvious of these was the Eiffel Tower in the distance which means of course that the city was Paris.

Paris

Congratulations to Simon (@similtiades), Davide (@travelling_dave), Anita (@Ani_Rav), Jackie (@JackieJourneys), Tim (@timofnewbury), Suzanne (@CurlyAdventurer) and Atul (@pixodentist) who all identified the city correctly.

This week the distorted photograph is a little different. It is not the usual circular distortion due to the fact the city is backed by mountains rather than a clear skyline. The structure is a good clue as it is the only distinctive iconic structure in the city. Why am I giving a couple of hints? Well, this week I am sure is slightly more challenging than Paris. Good luck.
