The distorted city photograph last week featured several of the many iconic features of the city to be identified. Most dominant is the Marina Bay Sands; three skyscrapers joined at the top by the Sky Park. The opening flower-like building, inspired by a lotus flower, is the Art Science Museum and is another iconic building of the city’s skyline. The blue tree-like structures and dome-shaped buildings are the Gardens on the Bay; another iconic feature. All these can be found in the city state of Singapore.
Congratulations to Simon (@similtiades), Davide (@travelling_dave), Joanna (@jazzyels27), Anita (@Ani_Rav), Drew (@drewbrew83) Jackie (@JackieJourneys), Tim (@timofnewbury) and Atul (@pixodentist) who all identified the city as Singapore.
This week the distorted photograph is a city that features for the first time in Where in the World. The building is one often seen in photographs in guides to the city. There are a couple of small clues but this one may be a little more challenging than some of the recent distorted photographs.
