Where in the World (248)

Last week’s distorted photograph is not the iconic view often seen of the city. The architecture is very Italian in style and even though only a few readers identified the church the presence of so much water was a big clue. The city last week was Venice.

Venice

Top of those identifying the city correctly was Alessandra (@ItalianTouristB) as you would expect working at the Italian Tourist Board. Others who correctly identified the city as Venice were Anita (@Anita_Rav), Simon (@similtiades), Jackie (@JackiesJourneys), Davide (@travelling_dave), and Tim (@timofnewbury). Congratulations to you all.

This week the distorted photograph is a view of prominent buildings in the city to be identified.
