Where in the World (239)

The tall structure caused some confusion as to the identity of the city. Toronto, Milwaukee and Abu Dhabi were all among the misidentified cities However the distinctive spherical structure at the base of the tower in the distorted photograph is unique to the tower in Shanghai.

This week the main clue in identifying the building and the city is the tall column that dominates the distorted photograph.
