The distorted photo from last week featured a distinctive tower with a canal in the foreground. These were definitely not in the style of Venice, a city noted for its churches and canals. Venice, however, is not the only place with a network of canals. This city is not that far from either of them but is in Belgium. Prominent in the distorted photograph is the famous Belford Belfry. The city is Bruges.
Congratulations to Davide (@travelling_dave), Atul (@pixodentist), Jon (@sparksjon), Jackie (@JackiesJourneys) and Tim (@timofnewbury). Thank you to everyone who took part.
This week there is a very prominent landmark to help identify the city with just enough other clues to confirm your answer.
