Where in the World (236)

Two cities made an appearance in the answers this week. Some readers thought that the tall building was the Shard and the river in the distance was the Thames. However, the tall building is One World Trade Centre and the River is the Hudson. That makes the city New York.

New York City

Congratulations to John (@elcid18), Davide (@travelling_dave), Atul (@pixodentist), Simon (@similtiades), Jackie (@JackiesJourneys) and Tim (@timofnewbury) who all identified the city as New York.

This week’s distorted photograph of a city to be identified shows a much more historic city, in terms of years of existence, than New York.
