Where in the World (212)

Last week’s distorted photograph proved a little more challenging than previous weeks. Although difficult to see in the distorted version it is intact only half a bridge. Other than that there were no other helpful clues to the city where the bridge is located. People will often dance on this bridge as it is the bridge referred to in the catchy song “Sur la post d’Avignon.” The city is therefore Avignon, France.

If you identified the bridge and the city you may be interested in the Know Your Bridges quiz on posted on this website.

Congratulations to this week’s winners, Jackie(@JackiesJourneys), Tim (@timofnewbury) and Katherine (@KatherineDougl2).

There are no bridges in the distorted photograph this week. It is a skyline photograph and the structure should be  fairly easily recognised. Identify the structure and you will find it easy to identify the city.
