Where in the World (190)

Identifying Luna Park was the easy part of last week’s “Where in the World…”. It was after all written in large letters; easily read even when distorted. What surprised me and several readers was discovering there was more than one Luna Park. This fact made it more difficult than it seemed at first glance. One reader identified which Luna Park by the palm trees at the entrance. This particular Luna Park is the one at St Kilda, Melbourne.

Congratulations to all those who managed to identify the city as Melbourne – Tim (@timofnewbury), Jacqui (@JackiesJourneys), Davide (@travelling_dave), Atul (@pixodentist) and Simon (@similtiades).

This week the distorted photograph looks like something out of a science fiction movie. It is a defining structure in the city to be identified.
